First you have to arrange a phone in which you can remove sim card without removing its battery like nokia 2100 phone and some chinese phones in the market.(BCOZ IN THIS PHONE YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE BATTERY TO TAKE OUT YOUR SIM CARD)

first u call ur desired no. for atleast one min. that will cost u approx. 1 re. and thn u jst remove ur battery cover frm backside not the battery and thn remove ur sim card and thn u can call for free hours . .
